WA CAPITAL acts as an advisor and arranger to companies and project sponsors that are raising capital. In India, WA CAPITAL is not a stock broker, merchant banker, non-banking financial company, or SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. We act for the issuer, are paid by the issuer, and disclose our fees to the investors we approach.

No offer of securities

Nothing on this website is an offer of securities to the public or a solicitation. Opportunities in the WA Deal Room are made available only to verified investors by invitation, through private placements made by the companies concerned in accordance with applicable law.

Funds

WA CAPITAL does not currently manage any pooled investment fund in India. References to WA Capital Fund I describe a future plan that is subject to registration with the Securities and Exchange Board of India; it is not open for investment and nothing on this website is an offer of units.

Research

WA Research covers sectors, projects and unlisted companies for general information. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Market data from third parties is cited with its source and has not been independently verified.
