Every fund-raise, on the record.
The WA Deal Room is our invite-only platform. Companies, investors and our team follow the same 12 steps on the same status board — every document versioned, every question time-stamped, every fee disclosed.
One process for every mandate
Total time from intake to closing is usually 14 to 22 weeks, depending on the instrument and the number of investors.
Intake and conflict check
Your enquiry is logged and checked against existing mandates and relationships.
Mandate and fee disclosure
A signed mandate letter; the fee schedule is visible to you and later to investors.

Know-your-customer checks on the company, promoters and beneficial owners.
Business and technical diligence
Diligence with WA Research and our empanelled sector experts; a written red-flag list.

Information memorandum and data room
A structured, indexed data room with watermarked documents and access logs.
Investor matching (invite-only)
A named shortlist of verified investors and lenders; NDAs recorded.
Investor Q&A and site visits
Every question and answer time-stamped on the platform.
Term-sheets and negotiation

Conditions precedent tracked to completion with lawyers.
Closing and regulatory filings
Allotment and required filings evidenced; closing memo issued.

For companies
A clear timeline, one place for every document, and visibility of which investors have looked, asked and offered. No more chasing updates by email.
For investors
Diligenced opportunities in a consistent format, with our research, the financial model and every prior answer available before you ask.
For lenders
Bankable project reports, sector benchmarks and covenant-ready data, structured the way credit committees read them.
Built to the right rules
- Invite-only. Opportunities are shown only to verified investors we invite. A private company may offer its securities to a limited number of persons each year; nothing on the platform is a public offer.
- No pooling. Money never passes through WA CAPITAL. Investors pay the company directly or through a bank escrow.
- Verified access. Every investor completes KYC; accredited-investor status is recorded where it matters.
- Data protection. Personal data is handled under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, hosted in India, with role-based access and two-factor sign-in.
- Disclosure. Our fees, and any relationship between WA CAPITAL and a company, are shown to every investor on that opportunity.
