WA CAPITAL began in the United States, researching and raising capital for parking infrastructure. On 1 January 2027 we begin operations in India, with a wider mission: to make every credible hard-infrastructure project fundable.
Our story
WA Capital LLC was founded in the United States to do something few investors were doing: treat parking as infrastructure. Our research showed that well-structured parking concessions behave like other utility-style assets — essential, long-lived and backed by steady demand — yet were rarely financed that way.
That work led us to India. Indian cities need modern, automated parking, and the same is true across a family of sectors: warehouse automation, compressed biogas, nuclear supply chains, vertical farming, roads, theme parks and real estate. In each one we met the same kind of founder — a strong engineer with real orders and real assets, who found that venture capital wanted something lighter and banks wanted something older.
WA CAPITAL India exists to close that gap. From 1 January 2027 we advise and arrange capital for these companies from a base in Mumbai, publish research that makes their economics clear, and run every fund-raise on an open, step-by-step process.

WA CAPITAL India · Mumbai
Our Indian business, beginning operations on 1 January 2027. It runs Capital Advisory, WA Research, the WA Deal Room and the RUNWAY programme, with a team based in India.
A SEBI-registered alternative investment fund is planned for a later stage, once our Indian track record is established. Until then, WA CAPITAL does not manage pooled investor money.
